Welcome to My Portfolio!

I'm Michelle Palermo-Biggs, a Learning & Development leader and Instructional Architect with over 15 years of experience turning strategic business goals into measurable organizational capabilities. I design scalable learning programs and leadership cohorts that cut through complexity, build confidence, and elevate team performance.

With a background rooted in education and a collaborative, consultative approach, I’ve spearheaded end-to-end training transformations across fast-paced and highly regulated industries, from life sciences and pharma to tech and financial services. I love partnering with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to translate intricate subject matter into engaging, scenario-based e-learning, interactive digital experiences, and blended learning paths.

At my core, I’m a champion for human-centered design and continuous learning. I build agile teams and strong partnerships to tackle real business pain points—creating practical, forward-thinking solutions that empower people, boost efficiency, and deliver lasting impact.

"I had the pleasure of co-managing Michelle Palermo-Biggs on our Learning, Development & Performance Management team, where she consistently demonstrated deep expertise in instructional design, content development, and cross-functional collaboration.
One of her standout contributions was her ability to translate externally purchased content into the common language and themes our company uses—making it not only easier to understand, but also more impactful for our employees.
In addition to her design skills, Michelle was a trusted consultant to senior leadership, particularly on business acumen sessions, where her strategic input helped shape effective, results-driven learning experiences.
